Through my membership of a juried group of artisans known appropriately as The Artisan Group, I was able to gift the stylist of The Vampire Dairies a few months ago.
After much consideration I narrowed my choices down to two pairs of earrings. Both were handcrafted using sterling silver metalwork, one featuring Blush Pink Chalcedony and one pair featuring deep Purple Amethyst Gemstones. I hosted a vote for my Willow Creek Jewelry Facebook followers, and the Amethyst pair won.
The voters on Facebook chose the right pair, because the stylist also chose them for The Vampire Diaries character "Caroline" to wear on the Season 5 Premiere. The first episode of the season will air tonight, October 3 on the CW channel at 7PM central.
